“Little salt” is the phrase we get when translating malossol from Russian language. We produce malossol (up to 4 % salt) caviar and it can be easily distinguished from lower quality one.

Esetra Ltd breeds critically endangered Sturgeon species (Acipenseridae) in industrial conditions. The farm is based on a cage technology in a large mountain lake, which allows the cultivation of large quantities of fish in a small area. The main farmed species are Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), Beluga (Huso huso) and others.
